She actually is my 3rd Josefina. I don't remember what was wrong with the first, but the second had some serious hair problems, and it's been so long that I feel funny asking them to send me a new one now. Maybe if she just went to the hospital for a new head, but I don't feel like I should have to pay for it, the bump is not my fault. Let me know what you think the best action would be for me to take. Edited to add that I did e-mail CS last night with a couple of the pictures that I put in the imagestation album and asked what they suggest hopefully they will get back to me soon with a good answer.
